'Being creative with simple and fresh soutbern ingredients'

With this principle, Leen finds her inspiration not only in cookbooks but also in the Old Provencal box (local recipes from grandmothers time).


All products are freshly bought at the local market or directly from asparagus, vegetable or goat farmers ..... The olive oil from our own. olive-trees is used in almost all meals. The herbs garden allows experimenting with several aromas.
After a day of many activities, everybody is looking forward to share the'table d'hôtes' with a family touch in a naturel environment. The weekly barbecue at the swimming pool ensures a sociable gathering with anecdotes and differents stories. The delicious local wines and the homemade aperitif wine arc appreciated by everybody.
